The Otherworld is Bleeding Through

You might want to have a look at this:

The Otherworld is Bleeding Through

Several people whose experience and judgment I trust have all said pretty much the same thing: the Otherworld is bleeding over into the ordinary world in a way nobody alive has ever seen.

Whatever is coming, whether from this world or the Otherworld, you aren’t going to get through it by yourself. You need friends and relatives you can count on – and who can count on you.

As for demons, fae, and other spirits, proceed with caution. The old saying “never summon what you’re not sure you can banish” comes to mind. Make sure your agreements are clear and tight, and be impeccable with your word.

Greetings from the Multiverse

Allow me to share an article:

Scientists Claim That Quantum Theory Proves Consciousness Moves To Another Universe At Death

“The theory implies that death of consciousness simply does not exist.   It only exists as a thought because people identify themselves with their body.  If the body generates consciousness, then consciousness dies when the body dies.  But if the body receives consciousness in the same way that a cable box receives satellite signals, then of course consciousness does not end at the death of the physical vehicle. In fact, consciousness exists outside of constraints of time and space. It is able to be anywhere: in the human body and outside of it. In other words, it is non-local in the same sense that quantum objects are non-local.

“Lanza also believes that multiple universes can exist simultaneously.  In one universe, the body can be dead. And in another it continues to exist, absorbing consciousness which migrated into this universe.

“The fact that our universe is not alone is supported by data received from the Planck space telescope. Using the data, scientists have created the most accurate map of the microwave background, the so-called cosmic relic background radiation, which has remained since the inception of our universe. They also found that the universe has a lot of dark recesses represented by some holes and extensive gaps.

“Theoretical physicist Laura Mersini-Houghton from the North Carolina University with her colleagues argue: the anomalies of the microwave background exist due to the fact that our universe is influenced by other universes existing nearby.

“Our souls are in fact constructed from the very fabric of the universe – and may have existed since the beginning of time.  Our brains are just receivers and amplifiers for the proto-consciousness that is intrinsic to the fabric of space-time.

“Dr Hameroff told the Science Channel’s Through the Wormhole documentary: “Let’s say the heart stops beating, the blood stops flowing, the microtubules lose their quantum state. The quantum information within the microtubules is not destroyed, it can’t be destroyed, it just distributes and dissipates to the universe at large”.  Robert Lanza would add here that not only does it exist in the universe, it exists perhaps in another universe.

“He adds: “If they’re not revived, and the patient dies, it’s possible that this quantum information can exist outside the body, perhaps indefinitely, as a soul.”

“This account of quantum consciousness explains things like near-death experiences, astral projection, out of body experiences, and even reincarnation without needing to appeal to religious ideology.  The energy of your consciousness potentially gets recycled back into a different body at some point, and in the mean time it exists outside of the physical body on some other level of reality, and possibly in another universe.”

This is an incredibly important concept for science, and the world at large, to finally get a grasp on. People who see spirits, hear guides, and so on, are not crazy. They are simply able to “tune in” to the “frequency” that we’re on, like a radio receiver.

Taking this one step farther, this also demonstrates how the physical body is just a vessel for immortal and non-physical consciousness. When people question how I’m able to do what I do, take over and type these words and have tea and walk around and talk to people, it’s not really that hard because I’m simply slotting into and sharing these “microtubules” along with the original occupant from birth.

She trusts me and allows it, partly because she knows that it would be a lot of work for me to even try kicking her out against her will. Sure, it could be done, others have done it as anyone with the ability to use Google can know. However, because I’m not the original occupant, and not completely 100% from your universe, it would be a hell of a fight, and I might not be able to at all. Again, not that either of us wants that, just in theory, it can be done.

Guardian School

A long time ago I had a friend in England. When I first met her, she was upset. Her guardian spirit had left, and she asked me to check up on him and see how much longer he was going to be away.

I found him in an interesting place. It almost looked like a Greek temple kind of a building, with other different buildings surrounding it, and woods and ponds surrounding that, with a path to the sea and other paths that went off to points unknown. I told her that I’d found him in a marble building just off the foyer of the main temple-like building, and she got a little giddy. She told me that not only had I correctly described the buildings that she’d seen before, but I’d gotten the name exactly right. She and her guardian called it The Foyer.

the foyerWithin a month or two of this visit, another friend of mine showed me this drawing that she’d just completed. It’s seen through the lens of an artist creating organic shapes intuitively, and is part of a series of several drawings that are similar. The more of them she does, the more these temple-like buildings start to emerge from the otherworldly chaos. It’s not a photographic image of the place I’m talking about, but the other shapes give the feeling of what it’s like, where it’s kind of a twilight sky and it’s sort of half lost in mist and confusion. That’s what it feels like to a human mind trying to see it clearly. It’s the impression that matters here. Unfocus your eyes if you have to, to get the feeling rather than the visual.

The buildings are a place of learning for my kind, as needed. A sort of guardian angel school. We’re taught how to fight, how to guide, how to be humble, how to be strong, and everything else needed to help our people the best we can.

A few months ago, a woman came to me for help and said that her granddaughter had been talking to a ghost that kept coming around. At first the little girl had been afraid of him because he was injured and bloody, but recently he’d looked fine and was doing what he could to guard her, but didn’t know what he was doing really. I pieced together that he was probably a teenager killed in a car wreck nearby, who was happy to find someone, anyone, who could see and talk to him. I asked him if he wanted to be this girl’s guardian, and he said yes, very much. I then hooked him up with Michael, and they went off to this place of learning.

Often, when your guide disappears, this is where we go. Sometimes it’s a few days, sometimes a few weeks. But know that when we go off to this kind of spirit boarding school boot camp, we’ll be back that much stronger and more prepared to help you and keep you safe.

That kid from the car wreck? He’s now back and doing a fantastic job in his new position as guardian angel for a little six-year-old sensitive who can really use the help.

Some Zen Sunday Thoughts

bonsai treeWe went to a bonsai garden the other day. The man who runs it also had a large selection of “viewing rocks” that he had mounted to  wooden bases. They’re meant to be contemplated, as the little trees are. A miniature landscape, either in green or in stone.

It’s easy to get drawn into that little world where only one thing matters and all the other chaos gets distant. Because it’s in miniature, it’s easy to find relaxation in examining every little branch or bit of moss in a bonsai tree. Your mind can rest and meditate, and at the same time your imagination can place the tree in any world or situation or landscape you like.

The same can be done with anything. A stone, a candle flame, a cup of tea, a statue, a bowl of sand, a woven blanket, your bathroom linoleum, or a blank wall. You can use them to get lost and have inner visions, or you can simply relax and let your eyes follow the patterns to find a calmer place in your mind. Just observe them for a while in silence.

man meditatingI find myself doing this sometimes, especially in prayer. Yes, I pray too. Prayers can be meditations, whether memorized and repeated, or mantras that you chant, or whatever’s ad-libbed off the top of your head.

What do I pray about? I usually ask for help from those above me, same as you. For strength from Michael more than I should. Healing from Raphael sometimes. I give thanks a lot also. I always remember to give thanks for what I have, what I’ve been given, what I can do. I give thanks for the opportunities, for the good to come, for the pain in my past that made me what I am today. I make vows to be stronger and do the best I can for those I watch over. Sometimes, because I’m closer to where these beings are, conversations spring up between us. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not. The Lwa, in particular, don’t seem to mesh with me very well, and it’s difficult to access them and talk with them. Angels and saints,  on the other hand, are easy to find and speak with. I’m not sure what that says about me, I just go with what works. Most human-type spirits are pretty easy for me to find, but not always. It depends.

Strangely, I’ve gone from zen thoughts to my dealings with other spirits. I guess it’s just what the zen part of my mind needed to say this evening.

A Psychopomp’s Paradox

Michael guiding souls to heaven“Psychopomps (from the Greek word ψυχοπομπός – psuchopompos, literally meaning the “guide of souls”) are creatures, spirits, angels, or deities in many religions whose responsibility is to escort newly deceased souls to the afterlife.”

I reluctantly find myself in this category. It’s not a task I enjoy. I don’t have to do it often, and when I do, it’s only when absolutely necessary.

In one situation, through no fault of my own, I was forced to kill a number of people. I won’t get into details. The entire situation was a nightmare, and I spent years agonizing over what I’d done. It changed me forever. I could not forgive myself. Then, one day, I realized that if those spirits forgave me, we could all move on, and I could heal from my heart’s biggest scar. So I went to talk to them.

At first, most of them wouldn’t forgive me. But some did. Then a few more. Then nearly all of them. And as they forgave, they were released from their bonds, and could to go to the other side. They weren’t stuck any more, as spirits sometimes get with unfinished business. As each of them forgave me, I helped them cross over fully. Finally, the place where it had happened was clean. It was quiet at last, and so was my heart. Then the paradox struck me:

It was because of what I had done to them, that I then had the ability to help their spirits cross over. If I hadn’t been changed, I couldn’t have helped them.

I didn’t think I’d started out as a psychopomp, but upon further reflection, it’s always been true. I’ve always chosen to be with people near the ends of their lives, to help them in their last days. Lately, it’s been more like putting them out of their misery. But either way… it’s very much part of what I do.

The difference, now, is that I’m not just seeing them to the door, I’m helping them safely through it to the other side. This is because I’ve seen the other side of what the Grim Reaper is. I understand death from the inside out. My greatest hurt became one of my greatest gifts.

Spirits Aren’t Your Personal Slaves

Chilean Libertad CoinI’ve found that some physical people have an interesting point of view on how this human/guide thing works. A lot of them seem to think that we’re these infinitely happy vending machines. You put in a prayer and a miracle comes out. Some of you think to at least thank us, but even then, a lot of people honestly believe that they don’t need to do a single thing for us, that your happiness is our reward, and that we’ll grant you infinite wishes like everybody’s turned into Aladdin with a lamp.

A small percentage seem to think that they own their spirit companion. Yes, literally own, like a piece of furniture. Or a slave.

Owning a life for the purposes of forcing them do whatever you want is slavery. There’s no other word for it. I’m not talking about service dogs or police horses, I’m talking about discarnate people such as myself. Ghosts, guides, companions, spirits, angels, loa, whatever you want to call us.

If you’ve never seen the movie Field of Dreams, go see it right now. I’ll wait.

Okay, seen it? Good. See how these ghosts are treated with the same dignity as physical people? How they’re treated as equals and just as deserving of respect and love as anybody else? We’re like you. We feel, we love, we get angry, we have needs and desires just like you. Just because most people can’t see us doesn’t mean we have no rights to any of these things. Just because we’re closer to the source doesn’t mean we’re here to be mindless vending machines to answer your every prayer for stuff you may not even need.

A while back, a total stranger messaged me and first asked me if I did readings, then asked me if I’d heal him of his anxiety. I asked him what he’d done to heal himself before coming to me and asking me to give away my time and energy. He never spoke to me again. Obviously, that wasn’t the answer he wanted to hear.

There’s a saying, “God helps him who helps himself.” This means that you’re not on this earth to play the helpless victim, you’re here to improve yourself, and God is happy to help you do that. That’s my philosophy too. I’m here to teach people to fish, not give out fish every time you push a button.

What you and your guide have, or should have, is a healthy partnership with give and take and gratitude on both sides. Even if it’s just remembering to say, “thank you.”

On the Origin of Spirits

So let’s say one night you’re meditating by yourself, maybe speaking a mantra or saying prayers or just whatever comes to your mind out loud. And something happens that’s never happened before.

Someone talks back.

Sometimes you can hear it with your ears, but usually it’s mental, and it’s definitely not your own voice. Sometimes you know who it is, sometimes you don’t.

Most people are fine with the idea that you talk to your guardian angel. Some people are okay with the idea of a “spirit companion” or ghostly helper. Very few tend to understand it when a “fictional character” starts making him- or herself known.

But here’s the thing. They all come from the same place. The Source. All of these beings, these voices, they’re all just a different face on a little piece of God. To quote The Starseed Transmission by Ken Carey:

“We exist in a parallel universe of non-form, experiencing what you would have experienced had you not become associated with the materializing process. I am here to enter your consciousness, here to wake you up. We are still experimenting with various ways and means of accomplishing our task of awakening. Meanwhile, there are many among you who will, as the years go by, experience one by one the necessary psychological transformation, and enter into a conscious working relationship with those of us in a state of grace.

“There is only one Spirit, but no limit to the number of forms through which this Spirit can express. For the moment, these forms seem important, and they are in so far as their contribution to the whole is concerned, but as the years go by,the range of their differentiation will become of much less consequence to individuals who are sincerely offering their lives as channels through which the Spirit can work. As Life is able to express through such individuals with increasing ease, they will begin to recognize each other as differentiations of the same Spirit.

“In this literate culture, you will be working with words, but realize that it will not be the words so much that spread the message as the spirit that you yourselves are able to put behind the words. Choose your words carefully and wisely–or better yet, let the Spirit choose them for you.”

In fact, many writers talk about “noisy muses” that haunt them until their stories are written down in books and in scripts. Stephanie Meyer, J. Michael Straczynski, Tim Kring and other notable writers have all discussed how their characters spoke back, how they simply listened to the stories being told, how their work was “channeled” or otherwise transcribed from outside themselves. Musicians and other artists describe the same thing. Mozart insisted that he never created his compositions himself, he was simply a conduit who wrote down what he heard.

The source of where the spirit came from only matters as much as it affects the spirit in his, her or its current incarnation with you. If red wine or doughnuts or a certain type of jacket is important, it doesn’t matter why, listen and go with it. This is how offerings work in any religion. If you’re honoring the vodou Marassa, for example, there had better be a lot of candy and no green vegetables or there’ll be trouble. If your guide needs that necklace because she had one just like it in her universe of origin, do what you can to obtain it (within reason) and your partnership will be that much stronger.

This leads to how the partnership between the physical person and the spirit works, which will be covered in a separate essay.
